Catalonia accused of indecent the King of lessons in democracy
Reactions to the Royal Christmas message

The president of the regional Government of Catalonia, Artur Mas, share the need for dialogue expressed by the King of Spain, Philip VI, in his Christmas message, but rejects the majority prevails over Catalan aspirations.
Upon issuance of the Christmas message of King Philip VI, the president of the regional Government of Catalonia refused to use its most rules, their strength, their voice and their votes to "drown the aspirations of the minority that represents Catalonia." However, Artur Mas agreed with the King of Spain on the need for "dialogue, agreement, consensus and concord," which in his opinion are now more necessary than ever.
For its part, the candidate of the Republican Left of Catalonia, Gabriel Rufian, considered "indecent" the King of "lessons in democracy." In this sense, the president of the regional Parliament of Catalonia, Carmen Forcadell, said the King delivered the message it deserves, "in line with the monarchy, which is uninational and unilingüÃstic, and for the unity of Spain". Forcadell replied to King that the Catalans "we want a democratic process not to repeat mistakes" of the past.
Conversely centrist party leader Citizens, Albert Rivera, who said to share with the King of Spain the need for dialogue and democratic reforms, as well as union and political responsibility for the formation of the next Government said. For his part, the secretary general of Podemos, Pablo Iglesias, said Philip VI share that "Spain is diverse and plural" but criticized the monarch did not speak in his message of unemployment, inequality and corruption.
"What I share: Spain is diverse and plural. What I need: unemployment, inequality, a country with its people and corruption," said the leader of the far left party Podemos in the social network Twitter. In another message, he congratulated the King for his "nice tie" of purple tones, the same corporate color of the political formation of Pablo Iglesias.
